 MISSION STATEMENT:

Mad Duck Training Center is & will be the benchmark for defensive combat training.
We will assist serious students in developing & enhancing fighting skills that will preserve the well being of not only themselves, but their loved ones & the community in general. We are committed to a primary focus of not only safety in firearms handling, but safety in society

A guideline of the six ethics principles we ask all trainers to follow:


COMPETENCE. Trainers recognize the boundaries of their particular competencies and the limitations of their expertise. They provide only those services and use only those techniques for which they are qualified by education, training, or experience.


INTEGRITY. Trainers are honest and fair. In describing or reporting their qualifications, services, products, or fees, they do not make statements that are false, misleading, or deceptive.


PROFESSIONAL RESPONSIBILITY. NRA trainers accept appropriate responsibility for their behavior and do not conduct themselves in a manner which may compromise their responsibilities or reduce the public’s trust in them or the NRA training programs.


RESPECT OF STUDENTS’ RIGHTS AND DIGNITY. Trainers respect the fundamental rights, dignity, and worth of all participants. They do not knowingly participate in or condone unlawful discriminatory practices.


CONCERN FOR OTHERS’ WELFARE. Trainers seek to contribute to the welfare of those with whom they interact. They do not exploit or mislead other people during or after their training relationships. Trainers do not engage in sexual harassment.


RESPONSIBILITY TO THE COMMUNITY. Trainers are aware of their ethical responsibilities to the community and the society in which they work and live. Trainers comply with they law and encourage the development of law and policies that serve the interest of the shooting sports.
